UFOSOFT is a software company headquartered in České Budějovice. Since 2020, we have been helping manufacturing companies digitise their processes, collect data from machines, and manage maintenance without paper.
We started
with a different dream.
UFOSOFT was born from a desire to do things differently — and also from a dream of building our own RTS strategy game. Tired of the corporate world, we decided to forge our own path.
We started out as software developers and testers working for various companies. The turning point came with the arrival of a new CTO — his industrial knowledge and experience opened entirely new doors. We decided to focus on manufacturing companies and their real-world challenges.
Today we develop our own products, iQfix and iQtrack, which are transforming the day-to-day operations of manufacturing facilities — from fault reporting to real-time machine monitoring.

Customising iQfix for a German client brought greater modularity and new challenges to the team.

I'm drawn to projects with a clear direction and a long-term idea behind them. Outside of tech, I enjoy RTS strategy games, airsoft, sport, films, and the world of sci-fi and fantasy. Most important to me is time spent with my family.
Years spent in the automotive industry gave me the patience to build deep knowledge of effective data management, processes, and the real needs of manufacturing. In my spare time I'm a quiz enthusiast, numismatist, traveller, and lover of the outdoors.
In my free time I like to step away from the digital world — into the workshop, nature, sport, or good company with friends or my menagerie of animals. I enjoy discovering new things, thinking about how they work, and occasionally switching off from technology altogether. Balance between work and personal life matters a great deal to me.
